I am studying the use of room acoustical auralizations as a scientific tool. The project comprises three main parts: 1.) study of ecological/perceptual validity of simulated auralization by means of comparison to their measured counterpart, 2.) inclusion and evaluation of dynamic voice directivity into auralizations, and 3.) the influence of visual models on the room acoustical experience of auralizations.

During my time as a Junior Project Manager Building Physics and Acoustics at K+ adviesgroep I made calculations and reports regarding various building physical and acoustical subject for my managers and clients. Furthermore, I represented the company and managed various projects.

During my time as a Junior Consultant Building Physics at Nelissen Ingenieursbureau BV I did calculations and made reports on various Building Physical subjects for my managers and clients.

During my time as a Building Acoustical Employee at advies- en ingenieursbureau Grontmij I made calculations and reports regarding a sound insulation project protecting houses from the noise which was caused by planes departing and arriving at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam.
