The Gender Diversity & Equity Initiative is focused on the promotion of gender diversity and general equality within the technology industry. A working group of our members supports this initiative by engaging industry leaders to publicly discuss how diversity and equity improvements can be made and advising and partnering with existing groups that support diversity and equity in technology education and work places.

European Innovation Academy has become a recognized leader in tech entrepreneurship education. The non-profit, educational programs are developed through joint partnerships with professionals from the world’s top institutions; to include Stanford University, U.C. Berkeley, and Google. The student body, full of future entrepreneurs and business leaders, becomes immersed in a multicultural ecosystem of over 15,000 alumni and faculty hailing from more than eighty-five countries.

Reforge Strategy Program focuses on the transition from execution to strategy. Tapping into decades of experience from tech’s most prominent product leaders, participants learn and apply frameworks for building, communicating, and executing a product strategy spanning multiple types of product work. Expand their influence, solve strategic problems, and prepare themselves to make the leadership leap.

Training & Acceleration program lead by the team of US Market Access mentors in San Francisco. The whole acceleration program consisted of series of workshops, lectures and mentoring activities with the top experts in different fields of IT & Startup industry.
