Current work includes a multi-country CA Auto Bank assignment delivered via Inoltra, Alseda Consulting and SAP Fioneer.

Primary client assignment: HDI Group (Apr 2016–Aug 2026). Held primary functional ownership of SAP CML and led application-management teams of up to 12 consultants and developers. Led complex incidents and changes from requirements and solution design through configuration, ABAP analysis, delivery and validation. Delivered the CML adaptation to SAP CMS for S/4HANA readiness and designed major lending, integration and correspondence improvements.

Client assignment for an international lending-platform transformation. Led the SAP CML workstream and cross-functional delivery team. Owned functional design across loan origination, integrations, hierarchical limits and Adobe Forms correspondence, including workshops, specifications and testing. Delivered the CML scope through SIT and transferred knowledge to client business and test teams before the wider programme was paused.

Contract assignment for PwC Advisory Poland, internal grade Manager, in the Postbank environment within Deutsche Bank Group. Supported the Unity Subsidiaries programme across SAP CML, Business Partner and Business Warehouse. Prepared test approaches and scenarios, created and executed test cases and supported data mapping; moved into a Test Manager role in the final stage.
