Designed and developed transformation, correlation, prioritisation and message routing modules, adapters, monitoring system and transaction configuration components. Environment setup and solution deployment. Configured fail-over cluster, delivery assurance, automated testing Developed an architecture of an overall solution, adapters and integration flows. Analyzed business requirements and developed detailed system design.

Design and development of 14 projects for US and Russian customers – mostly enterprise applications and portals. I managed developer teams up to 3 members also being responsible for application architecture, customer communication, project plan and task estimation. I have prepared and ran a month J2SE course for a group of 10 people.
