My responsibilities: • Acquiring a professional network on LinkedIn which is mainly focussed on the European market. • Sourcing the right candidates from the European Union. • Interviewing, Screening and Recruiting European Software Developers and Engineers who are interested in working and living in the Netherlands. • Supporting candidates during the application procedure and relocation, close contracts with the hiring organisations and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
