-Responsible for overall management of all the farms, farm managers and farm staffs -Coordinate and work closely with different departments of the Dwarika’s Group -Responsible for sales and marketing as well as outsourcing of organic products to wider public -Monitor and control resources and oversee the spending of monthly budget at different farm locations

-Worked on a Project “Post Earthquake Rural Education Support Program” which focused on awareness and training on program related to health, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, natural resource management and waste management -Responsibilities include: -Increase nutritional awareness through workshops and posters -Support to promote natural resource management and waste management through seminars, tree plantation and workshops.

-Support and Inspect Certification Process of various ISO Standards with DEKRA offices worldwide -Coordination and review of DEKRA Certification audit procedures. -Monitor client’s contracts -Maintenance of databases and creating evaluations -Monitoring compliance with the calculation guidelines -Disposition, Examination and approval of invoices of Auditors

-Quantitative and qualitative analysis of environmental samples and various market products Instrumentals used: Photometer, Infrared (IR) Spectroscopy, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

Worked as an intern first and then a working student in the DEKRA lab doing environmental analysis
