I was transferred to set-up the supply chain activities of TAT, SEK & PASTAVILLA brands: Non-bonded Cold & Ambient Warehousing, 3PL Transportation, Reverse Logistics, Orderbook Management, Raw Material Purchasing/Tendering. Supervised 3 Factory Logistics Managers & 1 Order Planning Manager with 200 staff in 6 different cities overseeing 10m € logistics budget. 

Reporting to Operations Director, I was recruited to manage supply chain operations (Import, 3PLWarehousing, Distribution, Customer Service) with 7 staff and 1m € annual logistics budget.

I was transferred to design the supply chain activities (importation, 3PL warehousing, distribution) with 10 staff and 3.5m € annual logistics budget.

Reporting to Operations Director, I was recruited to manage the logistics operations in 3 factories & 6 regional distribution centers with 110 staff and 5m € annual logistics budget.

Reporting to Operations Director, I was recruited to manage BAT, NESTLE & IMPERIAL TOBACCO account management & logistics operations with 450 staff and 8m € annual logistics budget. I was also recruited to manage day-to-day client relationships (new business, cross selling, contracts (including RFI, RFQ), KPI management, governance structure).
