Responsible for the recruitment of personnel in the mid-market divisions of SAP UK&I (SME) and Business Objects Ireland . Also in charge of recruiting in France and Spain for Business ByDesign, the new on-demand solution (SaaS) of SAP.

In charge of SAP and Oracle Applications requests for contractors in the Netherlands, and in the Paris area. Developing key accounts in those regions.

In charge of a Sales Team covering the Benelux Area + key accounts in Europe, supplying ERP end-users and consultancies with the specific skills they need. I made sure all client accounts were properly serviced and new leads were followed quickly, consultant databases were updated for a maximum level of reactivity, and contractors were getting the assistance they needed. It was my responsibility to maintain a high level of activity within my team, with constant high quality standards.
