- Control, consolidate and challenge the Opex and Capex budgets of IT & Transformation Projects in line with financial calendar by providing the necessary co-ordination with Technology teams. - Improve efficiency of IT Commercial Development Projects by monitoring Business Projects based on roadmap and prioritizing major projects within themselves considering budget amount. - Perform financial analysis for IT & application development business cases and make systematic ex-post analysis for these projects

- Provide financial direction and guidance to support functions in strategic and operational issues. - Support and challenge the business to deliver operating and financial plans timely and accurately. - Perform month-end reviews for operational and capital expenditures with support function CXOs - Drive and lead the business with outcome of support function business cases, engaging all relevant stakeholders and make recommendations to top –level management.

- Proceed to have same responsibilities as PD Finance Controller - Consolidate PD program budgets and make yearly engineering business plan by collaborating with PD Finance teams and Business Office - Control actual spending performances on engineering budget and make cost-revenue analysis on monthly basis. - Report net engineering spending and capitalizations to Profit Analysis Team for all PD programs.

- Reconciliate accruals of SSRs (special service request contracts) with Ford Global stakeholders on monthly basis - Report monthly SSR completion status by project and related risk amounts in engineering revenue to General Manager Assistants - Supply investment recovery plans and unit cost information for all PD programs in Ford Global Stakeholder meetings. - Make unit cost forecasts and quarterly true-up with Ford global locations through the year
