Busines Unit Controlling

• Prepares Business Planning, Forecasting, month end results for Product Division Management • Provides consultancy on business administration topics, facilitates an understanding of the key figures for the product costs • Steers standardization of processes and methodologies between various production plants • Advises Local Factory Controllers on financial and operational factory performance • Reviews all factory key figures and reports the deviations

• Responsible for Business Planning, Forecasting, Reporting of global development and quality departments. • Controlling Lead for global/regional own production and OEM projects • Provide consultancy on business administration topics, preparation of ad-hoc analysis • Analyze and identify potential areas of cost savings and performance • Conduct emerging market feasibility studies for own production or SKD concept

• Prepare monthly management reports, calculate overhead and personnel cost, perform headcount planning activities • Project and EVA calculation and sensitivity analysis while ensuring the compliance of project financial figures with company strategic targets • Synchronization of project figures with factory dynamics in terms of material price change, ratio and productivity targets.

• Participate in the preparation of bids and contracts and provide guidance on general contractual issues • Recommend project back-charges and coordinate and ensure accuracy of monthly client billings • Monitor adherence to project schedules and budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts • Track progress, review expense reports and identify issues impacting operational performance and financial results

• Supervise and coordinate accounts receivable activities, ensuring an accurate accounts receivable system, perform accounts receivable monthly/year end closing of 4 different companies • Create and implement comprehensive billing, credit and collection policies and related procedures for departmental, interdepartmental and inter-company use • Act as a liaison for contract administration, legal and operations departments

• Perform data entry of billing information, including editing and verifying accuracy of created invoices and journal entries • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly/quarterly accounts receivable reports with monthly/year end closing for 2 different companies • Assess collections and billing processes and procedures and implement changes
