First part of that job was to check the subcontractors work in the building site : technical and economical. In the same time I had to take care about the bill of quantities for tools and materials. Another main activity was to keep down all the costs at all mine building sites. The second part of my job refered to the special works of the company - replacing or extensions of water and waste water pipes. I mean the works of reabiltation of the waste water pipes without digging - NO DIG WORKS.

Coordinating and supervising of the company works. Releasing the technologies of the works. The settlement and the relation with the beneficiary. Coordinating the company provisioning with materials. This company main domain were the special works in construction, like: waterproofing treatments for concretes and masonry, consolidations for buildings with epoxy resins injections or drilling and fixing chemical anchors, treatments against the mould from the concretes or masonries, technical holes.

Coordinating the works and checking the quality of the works made in the building site.
