- Designed, implemented and maintained the controller firmware for the light engine of solar simulators. The firmware was written in C++ for STM32 microcontrollers using FreeRTOS, and drives several hundreds of tools at customers and research institutes today. - Built up a Python based software test environment for the project to achieve continuous integration and delivery with Gitlab.

- Designed the architecture and actively participated in the development of software solutions for optical measurement devices for vehicles like a tire profile scanner or an underbody scanner. Developed in C++ for Linux based ARM core and Windows based PC.

- As the leader of a small development team I was responsible for refactoring a legacy implementation of a wheel aligner system for vehicles, and turning it to a modern, scalable solution. - Actively participated in applying and adapting Agile methodologies.
