Worked on expansion planning, service portfolio development and positioning for our service business. Connected growth priorities with customer needs, operational capacity and marketing activities. Worked with colleagues and external partners to turn proposed improvements into practical steps.

Coordinated a 24-person team across day-to-day operations, marketing and external suppliers. Introduced weekly performance dashboards and structured reporting to support decisions and follow-up. Supported capacity planning, resource coordination and expansion into three new locations.

Supported production coordination, progress reporting and design work on M/Y ICE, a 68-metre yacht. Worked with production teams and other stakeholders to track progress, resources and delivery priorities. Contributed kitchen and salon design work to a 26-metre refit project.

Led the university underwater club as a volunteer president. Coordinated club activities, volunteers and participants, with a focus on clear communication, teamwork and diving safety.
