IMPROVEN – leader in improvement of business results and specialist in crisis management. I developed and started up a cost reduction programme for a company requiring a significant and quick improvement in their organisation and processes.

Responsible for the transfer of various production lines from Spain to China: • Project planning • Production planning • Planning logistics • Customer contact • Duplication of an automatic production line to a manual line • Project leader for new products

Consultant in the department for maintenance and manufacturing. PDM is a specialist in optimising production efficiency (lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, setup time reduction, OEE, Kaizen, VSM, …).

My tasks included defining work instructions, packaging instructions, improving efficiency (OEE), reducing setup times (SMED), organising work areas, taking cycle times and routing of new products. I successfully completed the Six Sigma Black Belt certificate after studying the course and completing two projects which followed the Six Sigma approach.
