DirDirected the day-to-day activities of five regional offices that conducted market studies and performed consulting for a large commercial real estate company. Maintained accountability for real estate research groups in Pennsylvania, Virginia, DC, and Atlanta. Tracked market trends and assisted in consulting for all commercial transactions, encompassing local and national clients. Assisted in development consulting in major metropolitan markets nationwide for real estate partners and institutions.
