As an International Consultant my role involved sourcing and placing the best quality CA's into roles around the world - including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Cayman Islands and Bermuda. I work extensively with Big 4, Mid-Tier and Commerce clients from all over the world across all levels.

My main role was to work closely with international accountancy professionals seeking to make a move overseas. This includes interviewing and testing candidates, preparation of their CV and cover letters and marketing them to companies to arrange interviews. Also time is spent consulting the candidates on interviewing techniques, country information and the process of making an international move into the country of their choice.

My role was to market and deliver specialist recruitment services as well as recruitment solutions to clients, and provide appropriate employment opportunities to suitable candidates. This involved filling roles by either carrying out End-to-end Placement Assignments, or carrying out Quick Response Placements with the assistance of Candidate Managers.

As the account executive for the Hudson recruitment team, I worked closely on all aspects of sourcing candidates for set roles. This included working closely with various team members to establish the right types of candidates for the roles, where abouts they could be sourced from and then executing the advertising campaign to target these candidates. As the first point of contact for all the accounts that I looked after, I helped clients with all of their recruitment sourcing and advertising needs.

My main duties involved sourcing, recruiting and managing staff for all UK Ministry of Defence sites. This was achieved my looking at staffing needs and then exploring various ways to attract candidates to work for the Ministry of Defence and then working through the various recruitment steps including interviews, assessment centres, reference checks etc.
