As an International Consultant my role involved sourcing and placing the best quality CA's into roles around the world - including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Cayman Islands and Bermuda. I work extensively with Big 4, Mid-Tier and Commerce clients from all over the world across all levels.
My main role was to work closely with international accountancy professionals seeking to make a move overseas. This includes interviewing and testing candidates, preparation of their CV and cover letters and marketing them to companies to arrange interviews. Also time is spent consulting the candidates on interviewing techniques, country information and the process of making an international move into the country of their choice.
