Engagement Manager (1995 – 1997) – Directed multiple regional project teams implementing new business processes related to acquisition and maintenance of oil fields. Led 17-member Oracle energy team that configured and modified oil, gas, and land management modules of OE, and an 18-member SAP MM/PP project team that configured and modified application and integrated OE into overall close process for finance and upstream operations.

Hired as a systems analyst to define purchasing processes for NASA programs. Earned three promotions ending with subcontract program administrator for NASA's Space Station and Space Shuttle TimePiece Program. Directed robotic arm control panel subsystem source selection for space station program, including requirements gathering, work definition, bidders' eligibility requirements, and formal selection process definition.
