As part of the SAP CX UX team, I had the pleasure to support several customer-facing and customer-internal products. I’ve worked in close collaboration with stakeholders, project owners, development teams, and other User Experience Designers distributed around the world, creating user research, personas, high- & low-fidelity wireframes, interface designs, and prototypes. Later in my journey, I was given the additional opportunity to mentor students and new UX hires for our team.

As part of the Sports and Entertainment team, I created concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and visual/UI designs and provided user research for 3 mobile applications. Close collaboration with stakeholders, project owners, and the development team was key for the success of these projects.

As part of the creative social media team for Media Markt Germany, I created concepts, visual designs, and brand content for upcoming Facebook campaigns. Including storyboards, mockups, final designs for a diverse range of branded content.

As part of the creative team for Media Markt Germany, I created concepts, visual designs, and brand content for upcoming advertisement campaigns, including logo designs, storyboards, brand slogans, and scripts/ideas for commercials.

Conceptualization and creation of visual designs and video animations for digital signage, POS (point of sale) systems for MAM Metro Group, Pfitzenmeier fitness, and pharmacies.
