My role as a Sports Advisor Decathlon LTD involved significant customer service, giving expertise to the customers regarding products and a general maintenance of the appearance of the shop floor. Regular cooperation in a group was emphasised and I therefore developed these aspects at this position as well as developing independent working skills.

As a volunteer at Oxfam, my roles included customer service, control of deliveries and responsibility for the cash register at the check out.
