There is no hierarchy of command and control in a complex adaptive system. There is no planning or managing, but there is a constant re-organising to find the best fit with the environment. The system is continually self organising through the process of emergence and feedback. I am the founder of the Orodex concept so I guess I can tag my position as "CEO" but it shouldn't be formally understood.

Eager to use my newly acquired skills within an international context, I've alloted myself a one-year period to analyze various social interactions and working methodologies in Brussels.

Consecutively at my traineeship at Idealp, I've launched myself in a quest of discovery both identitary and cultural. As much as this can't be officially sanctioned by a publication or a diploma but rather by a broadened scope of vision, only experience could testify of the effectiveness of this way to go.

I jumped from the 7th grade to the 10th by a rectoral derogation. A period of homeschooling I strongly wished for. Learnt organic chemistry, informatics and english. I also plunged into Internet at this period.
