Project management to develop new products or increase existing product quality to target new highly technical markets. Technical support and monitoring for several chemical plants of the Eramet group. International framework, frequent business travels to USA and China.

Production monitoring for surface treatment products with objectives in terms of turnover, quality and costs. Continuous improvement project manager (6 sigma projects). 6 sigma training performed at Air-France Industry (green belt level). Technical support to production processes (chemistry, electrochemistry, thermochemistry).

Development and industrialisation of innovative high temperature coatings. Coordinator for Chromalloy France of a European research program (5th PCRD, 10 European partners). Manager of quality control laboratory (2 technicians).
