Responsible for all aspects of the project (time, costs, quality, performance) for the following missions: ¬ For Airbus: o 1.5 year - A320 “Sharklet” Retrofit Project; in charge of Embodiment activities & Supporting Sales activities o 3 years - A400M ILS perimeter (Integrated Logistics Systems): ¬ 7 months - For ELTA: Products for satellites communications. Managed 10 projects, USD 100k each with teams of 2 to 5 people.
