Directed operations for an activity comprised of 90 people, managed team leaders and supervised warehouse personnel. Defined projects and targets for team leaders, especially concerning stock management, customer service levels, and quality control. Developed and implemented logistics models improving productivity in personnel scheduling, quality control and delivery time.

Managed teams of up to 50 people, directing actions to reliably achieve daily targets. Carried out daily monitoring of quality and performance.

Planned everyday supply chain flows and managed inventory. Optimized transportation from factories to distribution centers. Solved factory / distribution center flow coordination problems to raise customer service level.

Analyzed product losses on SAP and created an action plan. Defined new business processes with a customer oriented approach (customer service ratio improvement, customer order management, quality control, product return management). Developed new Key Performance Indicators and measured performance in a lean manufacturing approach. Managed the implementation of “change management” project.
