Responsible for providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers, mentoring and educate technically for the execution of projects on time and within the budget.

Responsible for Controlled Title Holder of rotating parts for 50-60 rotating part engineers within the site, providing mentoring and guidance and approval for the projects on time delivery with quality. Provide technical trainings to new/ less experienced engineers about rotor vibration, engine dynamics, gas turbine fundamentals (flowpath fundamentals), etc.

Responsible to lead 8-member team to support engineering ownership of turboshaft/turboprop engines and lead 6-member rotor team to achieve successful introduction of new aeroderivative jet engine. Responsible for leading and mentoring the team for new design assessments for HPC, HPT and LPT rotating parts, establishing communication with stakeholders and collaborate with interdisciplinary sections to make the program happen on time with quality.

Obtain SQL voucher data as fact table source of 200 design engineers nad obtain other dimensions to establish an ETL for OLAP cubes in microsoft excel powerpivot (powerbi) to track weekly spendings and provide insight to managers with ready-to-use dashboards.

Providing manufacturing support for variety of cold and hot section rotating parts for GE Aviation Commercial , Military Aircraft and Marine & Industrial Engines’; such as bladed disks, HP turbine disks, rotating seals, spools, shafts by establishing 2D and 3D back-to-back stress analysis, stack-up calculations, change in design studies, with the help of engineering models and 3rd part software, such as; ANSYS Classic, UG NX, Hypermesh.

The project is about “Settlement of Micro-Macro Model for the Fatigue Behavior of the Composite Materials under the Cyclic Loading” at ITU. The project is the achievement of the temperature control for a RTM process at TUDelft.
