Co-founded this software company and secured significant contracts with Securitas (Global security company), delivering a series of high value projects, developing products and overseeing product management. Led teams of developers up to 5 people, following Agile methodologies. Worked on process improvements via workflow analysis with cross-departmental teams.

Appointed for the role to analyse and assess firms and projects for investment and managed the subsequent buying and selling of various businesses, thus expanding the company scope. - Streamlined the company’s sales and project development processes - Revised organisational structure and provided enhanced definition to organisational roles and individual responsibilities and expectations

Secure this position to support the business in all existing and future ventures, utilising wide skill set to identify new opportunities within the market. - Reviewed and evaluated the company and its existing portfolio of projects to maximise revenue - Identified potential projects for investment and managed a series of invested projects from development through to implementation

Co-founded the business in 2009, and secured award winning project in METU-Technopolis Technology Development Center. The project was nominated within 2 out of 3 category prizes in the NINB (www.yfyi.info). The competition was organised and facilitated by METU and METUTECH under the sponsorship of Under Secretariat for Defense Industries and Elginkan Foundation. The grand total of 35,000 TL was granted to the project.
