Leading the ETL pipeline of transaction data at a German grocery chain: • Work with business leaders to understand business needs and propose new features based on technical feasibility and time estimates • Lead the implementations of new features in the ETL/ELT pipelines of transaction data in Apache Hive and Teradata to support e.g. mobile self-checkout

Shopping Cart Analysis (Self-Service BI) at a European grocery retail chain: Developed a self-service BI dashboard that processes Terabytes of transaction data using Teradata and MicroStrategy enabling more targeted decisions in promotion planning to increase rest-receipt revenue.

Automated Fraud Revision tool for transactional data at a European grocery retail chain: Gathered business requirements and developed a SQL scenario engine for an automated fraud revision tool ensuring an expected annual cost saving of 750k - 1.5m euros.

I was part of the project BonnCell which is an automated physical design tool for standard cells and custom transistor-level layout. BonnCell is a sub-project of the so-called BonnTools.
