Implemented “Perfect Store” project for Algida which aims to evaluate and develop stores according to 6P Analyzed data in order to find out possible advancements for stores Perfect Store compliance increased 11% in throughout Turkey as a result of the project

Coordinated 7 volunteers of 5 different nationalities as group leader during ''Stand Out Zhuhai Project''. • Engaged in work with local youth and children in pursuance of developing their interpersonal skills and helping them to broaden their horizons on other cultures. • Collaborated with local students with intent to achieve NGOs goals for local sustainable development.

Coordinated process of permission granting from ministry of agriculture and customs regarding the cattle importing project from Hungary,Switzerland and Czech Republic. Collaborated communication with exporter firms.

Coordinated all nationwide and international activities as leader of the board and managed annual budget (100.000 $). Responsible for co-ordination within the board, professional development of 400 members.

Organized 10. Genç AKADEMİ project, is the biggest student symposium in Turkey with 1300 participants. • Coordinated organization team with 150 members. • Designed a university representative system in 60 universities which raised number of participants by 90% comparing with previous year. • Organized CaseBilkent'15 project, is the biggest case study competition in Bilkent University.
