 Maintains statistical process controls by applying tools needed.  Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.  Maintain Control Plans and participate FMEA's throughout the life of the part.  Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements.  Participate in the APQP activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup.

 Analysing problems that detected on assembly line, product audits or other special channels.  Making root cause analysis, developing short term and long term actions to eliminate issues.  Realising supplier quality audits with supplier quality engineers.  Supporting product development process especially during process verification, pre-serie and approval.  Inspecting customer satisfaction survey outputs, choosing vehicle to have a site visit, reporting findings.
