Responsible for the worldwide sales (#8 sales and #2 sales backoffice), customer project management (#6) and media design (#1) in the markets of public transport, railway and industry information systems. Sales strategy, market, competition analysis and cost as target driven price setting is covered. Development and introduction of market optimized business models and products complete the responsibility. Accompanying modern sales and project management procesess will be introduced.

Responsibility for the VLSI Design Service business in europe (60 engineers located in Lustenau, Munich, Sophia Antipolis and Bangalore). Market and competitor analysis as basis for the setup of new business areas like WLAN and controller for the automotive industries. This included the development of business plans, models and the controlling. The responsibility was completed by sales support and the key account management of Infineon Technologies Automotive.

Software and hardware program management for a world wide entertainment platform of a car manufacturer in the applications of audio, video, radio (analog, digital) and TV. Multi-project and customer management was covered. The development teams were located in Regensburg, Munich, Wetzlar and Rambouillet.

Different positions as project and programm manager as development manager in the areas of consumer, industrial electronis, wired and wireless communication. The different roles covered management levels up to GG16.
