I am the responsible and key go-to person for the local and regional finance and business operations management in all kinds of regional tax questions. I act as advisor for the regional Executive and Global Executive Management in complex and strategic domestic and international tax questions, including tax risk management, tax accounting, tax planning, Transfer Pricing, tax compliance and support of revenue generating functions in negotiating and dealing with customers and business partners.

Tax Lead as a Senior Tax Manager for SAP in the EMEA region - primarily responsible for all areas of taxation including but not limited to • direct taxes • indirect taxes • mergers & acquisition, • basic individual income tax advisory, • transfer pricing • Support business on any kind of cross border transactions. Specialization in international tax issues (direct taxes, GST/VAT/Service Taxes, customs duties, withholding taxes, individual income tax).

Comprehensive tax advisory services for German and foreign subsidiaries and Joint Ventures in all areas of national and international taxes including but not limited to: • M&A advice, tax planning, tax due diligences • advice in direct taxes (Corporation Income Taxes) • Tax compliance (direct taxes and indirect taxes) • Tax accounting of current and deferred taxes • Indirect taxes (VAT, Sales Taxes),vtax trainings. • Tax risk management and management of tax audits
