Being part of the construction execution team on the Rotterdam Shell Pernis integrated HDS-6 project. Responsible for so called Flawless Start-up as coordinator. Field project engineer for vendor representitives. follow-up and coordination for Non-conformances various deliveries, including package units, Thermal spray aluminum application. Special heavy lift coordination.

TQM manager responsible for: Riskmanagement, Quality assurance, deviations to contract, criticality analysis, communication lines, supportive to PM. Project engineer: coordination between Engineering and Subcontracts for smooth quantification, placement and follow-up.

TQM mgr and IT mgr on a Offshore detail design project phase.

Project Engineer: responsible for coordination of Steel required for a large project in Singapore. Responsible for both planning, engineering both shop and offices, up to shipping.
