As Sr. Business Consultant for Alengis, consulting branch of POOL4TOOL, my role is to support companies in their efforts to transform their Procurement processes via the use of Purchase-To-Pay technology. Recent projects: Definition of a 3-year Procurement transformation program for an automotive OEM Redesign of the RFQ process for logistics of a market leader in the field of sanitary fittings Definition & implementation of Category Mgmt. principles for a market leader of high-pressure cleaning products

For now, very busy: - Setting up the worldwide organization and governance required to globally support our current eProcurement solutions (CommerceOne and SRM) in EU and NAM. - Getting our 3-year roadmap for eProcurement defined and adopted to ensure effective deployment. - Adapting our solution portfolio to our ever changing organization and IT landscape (You said cloud?...)

Based in Grenoble, France until 07/2012 and in Vienna, Austria since 07/2012. My role is to maximize the EMEAS (Europe, Middle East, Africa, & South America) Non-production Purchasing Division's performance (internal customer satisfaction and contribution to group P&L) by building a dedicated Tools & Processes team and by developing and rolling out targeted processes and tools such as eProcurement and eBooking.

Manager of a team of 10 people located in Grenoble, France and Shanghai, China in charge of the support and deployment of all global purchasing applications (eSourcing, eProcurement, Supplier database, Spend Analysis). Constantly expanded the footprint of the global applications by driving value- & user-focused actions. Implemented collaboration/knowledge management principles to facilitate the off-shoring of several tasks (user support, data management & cleansing) from Grenoble, France to Shanghai, China

Productivity gains: - 5.5% savings in 2003 for a total portfolio of €12 million for 5 production units - Implemented productivity and penalty contracts targeting service quality Major projects: - Transferred components to international suppliers (Turkey, Eastern Europe, Asia) - Benchmarked and challenged referenced suppliers - Increased reliability of resupply channels in cooperation with relevant production units

Quality improvements achieved: - 10/2000: Obtained the TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) EN1008-1 endorsement - Improved product performance by 20% and reduced sub-assemblies by 17% - Cut production-line repairs by two-thirds and final check rejects by half Major projects: - Ensured technology transfer - Implemented Product Quality Plan from incoming components to final product shipping - Implemented monthly and weekly production team meetings to improve processes
