As a Business Process Analyst, I represent TUI Destination Services in the overall design of both new & improved processes across our guest source markets -principally in Europe- but for the end users across all our destinations worldwide . Via support & consultation to the project teams in terms of destination processes & organization, I seek to ensure a conducive balance between quality & efficiency. Focus is on process documentation, mapping, design, alignment, implementation, & lean methodology.

The International Graduate Leadership Program consists of a series of assignments in various divisions & markets over 18 intensive months. I am working to market health and wellness worldwide; my capacity incorporates field training, team coordination, market research, strategic planning, and leadership training presentations. In July of 2014, I launched my own fashion website through Youngevity as partnered with celebrity designer Marisa Kenson. Through brand development, marketing and distribution, and social media management, my income and my knowledge of the industry increase as I help women feel empowered and beautiful.

Alongside the owner of Devéledge International Schramm, I conducted key research and analysis prior to an international, entrepreneurial business endeavor in Germany. This involved marketability and feasability of an American business model being implemented into Germany.

I oversaw a broad and diverse community and helped foster the dynamics that create an international home. This community is designed for both American and International Students who wish to learn more about world cultures and make life-long international friends. I also facilitated the International Ambassador program alongside this position.

As the face of the UNC, I informed students of campus information and activities, assisted with the 24/7 desk operation for residents, and provided constant support to policemen, visitors, alumni and students. I was promoted to Lead Desk Assistant within one month of working there; this was due to my high level of responsibility and work ethic as well as my leadership abilities in the context of managing the multi-faceted responsibilities such as staff teams, security, cleanliness, and schedule creation.

For two years, I worked as an independent sales representative with Worldventures. I started my own LLC as an umbrella to my investments and income with WV, caleld Blackburn Travels LLC. I played a major role in team building, recruiting team members, advising business expansion, presenting company PowerPoints, policies, and opportunities, traveling to national conferences for training and presentations, as well as facilitating meetings and sponsorships.

I was brought in to handle event planning, promotional pieces, press releases and community involvement for both the Center for Honors, Scholars and Leadership and the students concerned. I was also given the task of designing Annual Reports, event themes, web sites, photographic displays and distribution material. Additionally, my department began my training with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and other relevant publication programs.
