    Ensure that the training department's manuals comply with EASA Part FCL and the regulations set by the Turkish DGCA Manage all aspects of training planning and keep the Head of Training (HT) informed as necessary. Ensure the maintenance and retention of training records for the staff and trainees for the required periods. Collaborate with the CMS Manager regarding matters related to the Quality Plan. Prepare and publish training staff rosters in coordination with the HT and CTKI.
