-Planning weekly and monthly production program of 12 production lines in 2 factories -Follow up weekly program and revise according to constraints -Follow up raw material shortages and optimize production plan according to raw material and factory capacity constraints -Working closely with S&OP team and taking action according to demand changes -Leading shortage management meetings and taking part in localization projects -Follow up production plan compliance of 2 factories

-Planning daily and monthly production program -Executing detailed scheduling operations -Follow up daily program and revise according to constraints -Managing system improvement projects in the planning department -Tracing on-time delivery performance and making actions for higher on-time delivery

-Leading optimization projects and finding optimal solutions for projects by using mathematical modeling and Cplex Solver -Preparing post cost analysis of projects -Coordinating costing implementation of country and finding methods to increase operational cost -Conduct yearly buildings and facilities planning cycle, projects building and facility requirements for mid- and long-term -Cost analysis of domestic and international customers and domestic operations
