During my tenure at Ericsson, my role involved simplifying processes and enhancing efficiency. We as a team developed a system for rapid customer support responses through SMS or online requests, optimized engineer selection using automated tools considering availability and past performance, and utilized machine learning to provide data-driven recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.

During my time at DXC Technology, I wore two hats: As a Junior Data Scientist, I ensured smooth data operations by studying third-party solutions, maintaining data integrity, and prepping data for modelling. I also guided junior team members. Before that, as a Software Engineer, I collaborated with clients to understand their needs, migrated applications to Azure, tested rigorously, and supported product releases. I also mentored newer team members.
