I am responsible for developing business models, hiring employees and building a management team. Currently it is being taken care of by my friend and colleague. I now play the role of mentor, in the business development of Baegan.
Developed verification strategies and methodologies for verifying an automotive chip of Infineon. The chip had an Infineon μController core and an Analog Mixed Signal portion, all on a single die. It was a pilot project. The design had AMS modules for functions like Window lifting, LED drivers, LIN Interface, Temperature sensors, High-side switch, Low-side switch etc.
I was responsible for the further development of process corner simulation. The design was simulated with Intel internal Analog simulators. The process corner data from the fab was available as BSIM models. The simulated result was a tabulation of timing delay of the paths with the best and worst case marked critically I was responsible for solving issues relating to Reliability verification of Intel chip sets. The issues were a combination of process, software, design and extraction

I was given the task for Fullchip parasitic extraction and re-simulation of DRAM and flash memories. I was responsible for solving problems relating to Design, Layout, Software and Foundry or a combination of the above. In my tenure accuracy of simulations were improved, substrate extraction was made possible, IR drop analysis were added to the design.

I was responsible for developing the Analog-Mixed Signal process design kits for XFAB processes.
