My main highlight here has been working on physical modeling and simulation of lithium-ion cells using PyBaMM, an open-source Python-based simulation tool. This is my first interaction with Programming language on such a high level and I am excited to further deepen this knowledge base. Apart from that, I have enjoyed carrying out thorough literature reviews on multiple topics related to battery cells as well as in collection and presentation of experimental results and conclusions.

Technical Scrutineering of Formula Student teams' HV Battery packs and vehicle level electronics.

Reviewing and approving critical documents like FMEA and design documents of Formula Student Teams participating in EV category.

I worked on optimizing the manufacturing process of hypoid gears for SUVs and commercial vehicles, focusing on distortion analysis and control. I also contributed to developing the complete hypoid gear manufacturing process for the Mahindra Thar ROXX.

My role here was to act as a bridge between the mechanical and electrical systems of the FS Vehicle and facilitate a harmonized integration of all sub-systems. I also overlooked the entire manufacturing and assembly of the high-voltage battery pack and the drivetrain package. Our Achievements: Formula Bharat 2023 - Overall 6th Team Rank out of 22 teams - 3rd in Engineering Design Event Formula Bharat 2022 - Overall 9th Team Rank - 4th in Business Plan Event

Contributed to the sizing, design, and development of our team's first electric powertrain for the Formula Student car. This included selecting the motor, battery cells, and controllers, and conception of two battery packs—one with cylindrical cells and one with pouch cells—along with the complete design of a planetary gearbox set from the ground up.
