- Maintain, redesign and update content on the website, job posting, online campaigns and social media profiles. - Conception, layout and design of presentations, brochures, datasheets, adverts and email blasts for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist with the participation at industry tradeshows, customer dealer and company internal events, ensuring brand cohesion and creative presence. - Responsible for inventory levels of giveaways and collateral in the warehouse.

•Analysis of migratory policies. •Facilitate the preparation and organization of Conferences. •Assist with drafting of Notes for the Files and Talking points and follow-up of letters and correspondence sent to external partners and Permanent Missions.

•Research and anlysis of UN resolutions and international law. •Ease the logistics of meetings. •Support diplomats in the writing of speeches for events and reports sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
