Packaging Lead for all NAFTA sourced after sale parts. Coordination of packaging requirements and specifications and training of 500+ NAFTA suppliers. Design packaging for new launches + packaging improvements for existing parts for 25000+ parts. Cooperation with tier 1 and tier 2 part suppliers +strengthening relations with packaging providers. Active participation in new processes and projects for Continental DC project landscape including change management.

Developed and implemented methods to measure the Coca-Cola brand color with BASF colorants. Worked with various suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness of color implementation and quality standards. Prepared the accreditation of the Central Coca-Cola Laboratory. Testing and evaluation of Coca-Cola primary packaging products.
