From our headquarters in Siegen, I support two days a week America, France, Italy and Brazil with their go-to-market. I help them to deliver our unique value proposition to customers and achieve a competitive advantage. The end goal is to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsible for setting up the marketing and supporting business growth for GIB within the region Netherlands and Belgium.

• Development and executing of marketing plans and campaigns; • Initiating and organizing international sales and customer events and exhibitions; • Improving the online visibility of the organisation using online marketing, but also creating and sharing high quality content; • Using social media and email marketing to attract attention to the products and services of ShipitSmarter; • Writing SEO texts for the website and keeping the multilingual website up to date.

• Responsible for internal and external communications items; • Responsible for online marketing; • Responsible for marketing of the product group trip planning; • Support for all marketing activities of other product groups; • Support for all marketing activities at the corporate level; • Active contribution in organizing trade fairs, seminars, customer events and workshops; • Responsible for customer relationship management; • Responsible for database management.
