I review operational strategy of our downstream SPUs to improve performance across our R&M business portfolio. Measures of success are i.e. enhanced margin, reduced cost and improved working capital. Currently, I am working to improve the operational performance of a global SPU with a multi-billion dollar cost base on behalf of the senior leadership team.

I previously spend over 9 years as a management consultant with PwC’s operations practice, specialising in operations strategy. During that time, I delivered a broad range of engagements ranging from process improvements to turn-around and transformation programmes for a broad range of FTSE 100 organisations. The last two engagements were 1 - supply chain transformation for a leading oil and gas company and 2 - LEAN operations initiative for a major investment bank.
