Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough regression testing to make sure that the reported bugs are resolved. Automation using the Playwright to make the smoke testing more efficient and effective. Identify, record, and track bugs on JIRA. Perform database testing on MySQL. Version Controlling through Git & CI/CD using Jenkins. Creation of detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify system requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Ability to understand and analyze the problem and solve it individually or by involving the Tier 3 team to reduce business impact. Timely communication of problems to all stakeholders. Do a level 2 investigation to provide articulate details around the problem. Take end-to-end ownership of problems from detection to resolution. Identify key actions to avoid repetitive similar problems. Work closely with the Tier 3 team to solve problems so a repeated problem can be solved.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of products by working with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with clients. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing our client's financial instances to support our transaction processing & settlement processing operations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with our systems and databases. Work with clients to provide consultation during the onboarding process. Continuously improve product implementation processes and procedures.
