I currently provide development support to the company. I establish and enforce development lifecycles and coding standards. I manage the development and quality assurance (QA) teams directly. I set strategy and direct overall company direction.

Oversaw over twenty-five separate releases, including several major expansions to the website editions. * Defined, proposed, and communicated new development process across the organization. * Responsible for company-wide project initiatives, including non-technical projects. * Technical point-of-contact for business owners and product managers. * Document and communicate project status and coordinate releases.

Managed the software development team. Provided director-level support to vice-president of engineering. Created product roadmap for all of engineering. Identified and resolved resource and schedule bottlenecks in all engineering teams.

Author a future American National Standard for the Security Industry Association describing the interface to access control panels in a security system.
