I am currently in the beginning stages of creation. I am a certified Radiation Safety Officer and also dual registered with the ARRT in diagnostic imaging and quality management. I see a need for free standing medical facilities that use ionizing radiation (X-Ray) for imaging purposes to have a radiation safety plan in place. This is a federal requirement. I can monitor their safety and protection practices and their compliance for state and federal regulations.
