- Evaluate potential new suppliers through on site audit; - Be responsible for process and outgoing quality control and perform inspection of sample and mass production with suppliers; - Serve as quality and technical interface between GD plants especially German plants and suppliers to solve detailed quality & technical problems and to manage nonconformance issues with GD plants and suppliers; - Supervise supplier quality performance and assist suppliers on process

- Lead project team and overall responsible for purchasing projects from German plants in Schopfheim, Bad Neustadt and Simmern - Interacts with cross-function team in European and China to drive the projects activities and serve as quality and technical interface between GD plants especially German plants - Evaluate potential new suppliers through on site audit, follow up new product and process development, sampling until serial production

- Lead team to setup the standard sourcing process and tools, e.g. Quick-check audit, supplier performance evaluation and screening - Responsible for the supplier process audit VDA 6.3 - Monitor supplier improvement according to action plan, follow up the progress and report to central team regularly - Responsible for PPAP review and approval

- Analyze Chinese procurement market for automotive accessories, identify the potential suppliers and arrange workshop for German clients; - Communicate and coordinate the purchasing project between German client and Chinese suppliers; - Carry out regularly projects- reviews with Chinese suppliers and following up action plan; - Analyzing and solving quality issues and in-process quality improvement.
