MAKUTI GROUP brings together real estate development and sales, construction and project execution, and long-term property, rental and maintenance management in Zanzibar. As Co-Founder and CMO of MAKUTI GROUP and Director and Shareholder of Makuti Estate, I shape how our developments are conceived, designed, positioned, experienced and managed—from market strategy and architectural direction to branding, customer experience and long-term operations.

As Founder & CEO of Purple Impact, I supported companies, start-ups and project initiators in turning ideas and visions into viable business models. My work combined business and brand strategy, positioning, marketing and sales concepts, digital platforms and customer journeys—uniting strategic thinking with creative execution and laying an important foundation for my current work in real estate development.

Founded and led an independent marketing agency in Vienna for more than 18 years. I advised companies across diverse industries on market positioning, brand strategy and customer acquisition, and developed integrated campaigns across digital, direct and traditional channels. My responsibilities included client consulting, creative direction, project and budget management, coordinating external partners and full entrepreneurial responsibility.

As Head of Marketing & Fundraising at World Vision Austria, I was responsible for strategic direction, annual planning and budgets across marketing and fundraising. I developed integrated campaigns, expanded fundraising activities and built partnerships with companies, media, major donors and public figures. As part of the extended leadership team, I led teams and contributed to international networks and steering groups.

As Marketing & Sales Manager at Premium Immobilien AG, I was responsible for integrated marketing planning, communications and budget management across advertising, direct marketing, digital channels, events and PR. I managed and expanded the sales partner network, developed joint marketing activities, negotiated agreements and commission structures, conducted real estate investment workshops and led the marketing team.
