I search new customers, (by cold calling and other) initiating new collaboration and contracts. I support, attract and develop the most talented engineers, Project Managers and managers with other extraordinary profiles and competencies. Project Manager in charge of an extremely important 30 mio DKK project at Novo Nordisk. The site (NMS Needle Manufacturing and Sourcing) is responsible for the global supply of “Novo-pen´s” used for insulin medicine. A new HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) and BMS (Building Management System) is installed and qualified. As the site had serious compliant issues (loss of batch data), a new IT platform was updated with new virtualized servers as well.

Manager in the Danish production factory for 71 of 108 employees. In charge for Purchasing, Logistics, PTA, Quality and Production. Job and results: - Starting the new strategy plan. - Implemented ISO 9001 certification. - Implemented organizational improvements, LEAN, Flexible workforce and - New automatic production equipment / robotics. - Implemented productivity improvements of 7%.
