• Balance capacities between Insulins Cluster (Frankfurt, Beijing, Orel) and alignment by driving capacity adjustments/load balance equation across and along the nodes of the network • Provide transversal cluster view to balance load between fungible assets & orchestrate arbitration on capacity (incl allocation between product when conflicts arise) • Identify opportunities outside the cluster and within shared product portfolios collaborating with GBU SC to exploit potential idle capacity across the network

• Ensure End to End alignment (FG, DP, DS, Purchase third) production/sourcing plan over the IBP horizon: Manage Monthly Supply Review, Drive Rough Cut Capacity management • Ensure that the execution plan is aligned to global IBP plan/policy/inventory targets/financial impacts; Measure supply adherence to the network • Optimize cost & service: Optimize inventories, flows & multi-sourcing options, Support GBU/Platforms/Sites on SP & Budget Cycles

Member of APU Site Leadership Team / 5 direct reports, End-to-end Supply Chain Management, ensure market supply and align production capacities with Patient Needs on all levels of production. Monitor production Performance and Inventories, negotiate Service-Level-Agreements with customers and support Budget process. Identify bottle-necks, challenge current processes and implement future way of workings within and cross function with other APUs.

• Lead the implementation of the MSP processes on business side in alignment with project roll-out strategy and roadmap within EEMEA • Enable the End-to-End connectivity on key products within the network • Contribute the Core Model of SCCore – aligning to the overall MSP, S&OP and DRP processes • Support on the future IBP process together with neighbor functions

Improve quality, productivity and customer service levels through various operational and strategic task, develop and execute production plans based on customer demands and capacities, responsible for planning, budgeting and forecast management of key product families, inventory management, window person for third party suppliers and tech transfers
