Member of the Executive Team. Leading the Finance, and IT function of the organization. Responsible for cash flow management, strategy development, audit, accounting, budgeting, reporting systems, insurance, banking, financing, and policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the CEO.

Leading all aspects of accounting operations, incl. external financial and management reporting, assisting C-Level and Board in financial planning and results management, and financial modeling. Also responsible for audit, cash flow, treasury, ERP integration. Reporting to the CFO. TerrAscend - a global cannabinoid company, committed to growth through scientific innovation and operational integrity.

Leading the forecasting and analysis of development, financing, acquisition, disposition and other portfolio activity for the company’s extensive investment in large-scale master planned communities in Saskatchewan and Alberta, totaling approx. $600MM in assets. Travelled monthly to Alberta, and Saskatchewan.

Member of the Senior Management Team. Leading the Finance, Purchasing and Estimating function of the organization. Responsible for cash flow management, tax filings, audit, accounting, budgeting, reporting, financial information systems, insurance, banking, financing, payroll, and policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the President.

Member of the Senior Management Team. Led the Finance, Administration, and HR function of the company. Responsible for cash flow management, SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) tax filings, audit, banking, accounting, budgeting, reporting, financial information systems, insurance, policies and procedures, payroll and all employment contract-related matters. Reported directly to the President, and the CEO of the organization.

Member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for leading the finance function of the organization in both the US and Canada (total revenues of CAD $150m). Directed, coordinated, and evaluated local finance teams with four direct reports, and five indirect reports. Was also responsible for the administration of the organization in Canada and was an officer of the corporation with authority to sign on behalf of the company.

Member of the Senior Management Team. Responsible for the establishment and management of a stand-alone, wholly owned subsidiary in Canada. Led the areas of finance, administration, IT, HR, and operations. Took over the bulk of the existing business from a full-service 3rd party distributor, transitioning its role into a 3rd party logistics provider and sales broker.

Responsible for the implementation of a financial system, and the creation and implementation of a management reporting system. Hands-on training of local staff.
